This postcard depicts a Seine River suspension bridge during the 1900 Paris Exposition, but I have not been able find photographic evidence of this bridge. Exposition maps do note a footbridge at roughly this distance from the Eiffel Tower, but its location doesn't seem to match with the buildings seen at the ends of the bridge. There is some possibility this bridge was dismantled and erected in the Giza Zoo in Cairo, Egypt. See the related inventory record for more information.
